Middle GA Properties – Camper Rentals
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking, renting, or using a camper provided by Middle GA Properties (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Renter,” “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not proceed with your booking.
2. Eligibility Requirements
• Renter must be at least 21 years of age
• A valid government-issued ID is required
• Renter must provide accurate and complete booking information
3. Reservations & Payments
• A deposit may be required at the time of booking
• Full payment is due prior to delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed
• We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to non-payment
4. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the rental date may receive a full refund
• Cancellations within 4-6 days may receive a partial refund
• Cancellations within 3 days of the rental are non-refundable
• No-shows are non-refundable
5. Delivery, Setup & Pickup
• Campers are delivered and set up at agreed-upon locations
• Setup includes leveling, hook-ups, and basic orientation
• Do not attempt to move the camper after setup
• Pickup time must be honored unless otherwise agreed
6. Use of Camper
Renter agrees to:
• Use the camper responsibly and for lawful purposes only
• Not exceed occupancy limits
• Not smoke inside the camper
• Not allow pets unless explicitly approved
7. Security Deposit & Damages
• A security deposit may be required
• Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Costs for repairs, excessive cleaning, or missing items will be deducted from the deposit
• If damages exceed the deposit, renter agrees to pay the remaining balance
8. Cleaning & Condition
• Camper must be left in a reasonably clean condition
• Excessive cleaning fees may apply
• Trash must be disposed of properly
9. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Smoking inside the camper
• Illegal drug use
• Unauthorized parties or large gatherings inside the camper
• Tampering with equipment or systems
10. Maintenance & Issues
• Renter must report any issues immediately
• We will make reasonable efforts to resolve problems quickly
• No refunds will be given for minor inconveniences or issues beyond our control
11. Liability & Indemnification
• Renter assumes all risks associated with use of the camper
• Middle GA Properties is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings
• Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Middle GA Properties from any claims arising from use of the rental

12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Event cancellations

13. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion for safety, misuse, or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
