How do I book a camper?

  • You can book directly through our online booking system at [BookingCentral link] or contact us by phone/email.

Where do you deliver campers?

  • We deliver to your chosen location within Georgia. Delivery and setup are included in your rental. Please provide a level, accessible location for safe setup.

Can I move the camper after it’s delivered?

  • No. For safety reasons, campers must remain in the location we set them up. Moving the camper yourself may result in damage fees.

Can I smoke or have pets in the camper?

Smoking: Not allowed inside the camper.

Pets: Allowed only if pre-approved. Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning required.

What if something breaks or isn’t working?

  • Please notify us immediately. We’ll do our best to fix the issue quickly. Minor inconveniences will not result in refunds, but safety or major problems will be addressed promptly.

Are linens, towels, or kitchen supplies included?

  • Yes! Most campers include basic linens, towels, dishes, and cookware. Please treat these items respectfully.

How do I pay for my rental?

  • Payments are processed securely through BookingCentral. We accept credit/debit cards. Deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Do you offer refunds if I cancel?

  • Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel:

  • 7+ days: Full refund

  • 4-6 days: Partial refund

  • <4 days / no-show: Non-refundable

Can I receive text updates about my booking?

  • Yes! We may send text updates about your reservation via BookingCentral. Message/data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP.”

What should I do before check-out?

  • Remove trash and dispose properly

  • Clean up any spills or messes

  • Leave the camper in reasonable condition

Excessive cleaning or damages may result in additional charges.
