CAMPER HOUSE RULES

⏰CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in and check-out times are pre-arranged
• Please be ready on time for departure
 

🚭NO SMOKING
• No smoking of any kind inside the camper
• (Cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, etc.)
• Cleaning fees will apply if violated
 

🐾PETS
• Pets must be pre-approved
• Clean up after them and keep off furniture
• Pet damage = renter responsibility
 

🧼CLEANLINESS
Before checkout, please:
• Throw away all trash
• Clean up spills
• Leave camper in reasonable condition
 

🚽TOILET RULES (IMPORTANT)
• ONLY flush RV toilet paper & human waste
• DO NOT flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products
• Clogs will result in additional fees
 

💧WATER & ⚡ELECTRIC
• Be mindful of water usage, especially when boondocking
• Turn off lights/AC when not in use
• Report any issues immediately
 

🔥SAFETY
• No open flames inside
• Do not tamper with equipment
• Notify us if anything seems unsafe
 

🚫DO NOT MOVE CAMPER
• Camper is professionally set up
• Do not attempt to move it
 

🛠️DAMAGES
• Accidents happen - please let us know
• Guests are responsible for damages
 

🤝BE RESPECTFUL
• Respect the camper, property, and others
• Follow all campground/event rules
